Been a while since I posted......and feeling much better. This can be attributed to the fact that I have started taking 1000mg vitamin c a day along with my multi-vitamin. What a difference....I really feel so much better. Whilst I improve I am afraid that the political arena in SA seems to be descending into a farce beyond even my own reckoning....
